Texarkana Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring is a Concrete Flooring Contractor company based in Texarkana, TX. We provide concrete flooring installation, coating, polishing, resurfacing, and related services for residential and commercial properties in the Texarkana area.
All services are subject to a site assessment and written proposal before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written agreement for the specific project.
Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of assessment. If unforeseen site conditions are discovered during work - such as existing damage, contamination, or structural issues not visible at the time of estimate - we will notify you promptly and provide a revised scope and pricing before continuing.
Final pricing may vary from the estimate if the project scope changes at your request or due to conditions outside our reasonable control.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing before work begins. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We will do the same if we need to adjust your scheduled date.
If you cancel a confirmed project after work has begun, you are responsible for the cost of materials purchased and labor performed up to the time of cancellation. Cancellation terms for specific projects will be outlined in the project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement for each job. Typical terms include a deposit due before work begins and the remaining balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be listed in your project agreement. Late payments may be subject to a service charge as outlined in that agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend work if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.
You are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and clear of furniture, vehicles, and personal belongings before work begins, unless a specific arrangement is noted in the project agreement.
You are also responsible for disclosing any known conditions that may affect the work, including previous coatings, moisture problems, or structural concerns.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work is identified after project completion, contact us promptly and we will assess the issue. Warranty terms specific to each service or product will be outlined in your project agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or conditions outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, freeze events, chemical spills, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Texarkana Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
